"I would not recommend this Therapist !!! Very disappointed!! I had one appointment with Heidi which I thought went okay, however on my second appointment she never showed ( she said the girls at the reception never told her I had arrived) . I contacted her by text the same day to reschedule and it basically took 3 more texts and 6 days for her to respond . She did offer me one spot on a day I specifically told her I could not make . After several more texts to her to try to set up another session and with no response I decided to look for someone else , you would think as a Professional and Especially as a Therapist she would have better communication skills but obviously she does not care about her Patients she just wants the initial $$ for the first visit then drops the patient!!l"
