"I was very happy with my first visit, I was able to meet Dr. Jaclyn and was told that it was very possible to get to 100% pain free and able to run! That was so exciting to hear! But then I never saw her again, honestly never even knew the other woman’s name. I was only worked on 1 on 1 for the first session and then all the other sessions were with another person, which always seemed more important than my case. I had to cancel one appointment the day of because my children were ill with a fever and was charged the $50 fee, which I was under the impression that because of COVID policies they would be able to wave that fee, but apparently I should have brought my sick child. Then I was told by the other woman that running just might not happen for me. It was very easy for me to stop my sessions, even though I had 8 sessions left. There were roaches on the ground that the woman just kicked and said we’ll take of that later. I understand roaches happen, but I feel as though the facility should be as sanitary as a professional hospital or clinic, and it just was not. I understand that pets are used for therapy, which might be the cause for dog hair on the mats, but they were cleaned while I was in the room, never prior. I really thought this place was going to exceed my expectations, but failed big time."
