"I wanted to write this review due to a HORRIBLE Experience My Family and I encountered with one of the OT from this Company. Foremost we waited for over a year to finally be contacted under my son's Pediatrician recommendation. We were very surprised when we were contacted and extremely overjoyed because My son was FINALLY going to get the help he needed. At least that's what we thought. Upon meeting the OT therapist who came to conduct evaluation on my son we set up a schedule and got an approval for the OT to come into my home 3x a week-Which during the 2 weeks she only managed to come 3 x and the rest of the time she called off with excuses. This OT came into our home disguised as an angel but not knowing that she was actually a devil in disguise! Let me tell you what this despicable human being did! She came into our home keeping in mind My son is 16 1/2 years old, suffers cerebral palsy, low down syndrome. low muscle tone and is non verbal and on a wheelchair so He suffers multiple disabilities. My son is the light and Joy of our home. He is our beautiful angel always surrounded with utmost Love and care. He is The Love of My heart. Because our angel is older now and crawling everywhere there is lots of mess with his food and different things. Which we always manage to take care of all the time. This horrible person who managed to come into my home for 45 minutes sent the most horrible report through a hot line against my family, calling us neglectful, unfit and abusif!!! You should see the level of shock I went through when we got this report! Keep in mind my angel has been loved and cared for from 0-16 1/2 years now with absolute no issues! He travels everywhere with us. We even took him to disney world during the summer and He went skydiving, one of the most memorable experiences! How dare you come into our home and judge us and write a despicable report against my family and my character! How dare you come into my home and portray us as unfit? How about they give you a 16 1/2 years old boy who weighs 135 lbs, who doesn't walk, talk and let's see how long you will last!!! Did you give birth to Him? Carry him for 9 months, Spend countless days and nights in hospitals praying and crying that He will live? Do you know the courage it takes to carry my son this long and still proudly doing it with utmost love and care? It is because of horrible people like you that we do not welcome strangers into our home! How dare you try to separate this innocent amazing boy from his family? Did you come to do your job or to create an issue for us! God will Punish you!!! My husband and I will not rest until we pursue this for the stress and tears this horrible person caused our family! Joshy eats from the mat as a part of his doctor's recommendation to get his hands to work and he will make a mess-When he sleeps you are not here neither when he wakes up! Each day after work(I work from home) I clean him through roughly. You are a horrible human being and we have received a new recommendation from a different therapy company and my son's doctor who has treated him for the past 8 years was extremely appalled by the things this horrible person reported about us! Please any family out there considering this Company, Please read this review and be careful before you bring horrible people like this person into your home. She came into our home as an angel pretending to help but she was truly a devil in disguise!!! We Thank God Almighty her plan failed and we wish her the best and we know that karma does follow people like that, so she will get her own some day.
