"I recently had an office visit with Brianna, and overall, the experience was positive. There was one aspect that left me slightly dissatisfied, namely the billing for a brief conversation. Brianna and I engaged in a conversation for approximately 10 minutes regarding the services they could provide for my mother who has dementia. It was evident to both of us that my mother would not benefit from the service, and we mutually agreed upon this conclusion. While the discussion was informative and helped clarify the situation, I was surprised to find that I was charged $25.00 for the 10-minute conversation. Considering the brevity of the discussion and the fact that we reached a consensus that their services would not be suitable for my mother, I feel the charge was disproportionate. It would have been more reasonable if the fee had been adjusted to reflect the brevity and outcome of our conversation. Despite this specific concern, I want to emphasize that the overall experience with Brianna was positive. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout our interaction. It is my hope that they consider revisiting their billing practices to ensure fairness and transparency in similar situations. However, I suggest reviewing the pricing structure for brief consultations to ensure customers are charged appropriately, particularly when both parties agree that the service would not be beneficial. Everything in life cant be about money! sometimes the universe/God will test our hearts and from that test opens a flood gate of Abundance from one act of humility."
