"When it comes to my experience with Dr.Wasserman, I have absolutely no complaints. He performed my procedure perfectly. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Yes, the office does get busy and can be a long wait as well. But I'd rather wait long for a good Doctor than have a short wait for a subpar Dr. It's been 3 years since my procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I waited 1 month for my appt with Dr. Wasserman, arrived on time, waited 55 minutes in the waiting room, finally was called in to get my vitals, the lady apologized for the wait stating that "Mondays was the busiest", then put me in a room, after another 30 minute wait, I asked another lady who said "they are short on staff", so I decided to leave and requested reimbursement, the third lady said "90 minute wait is the usual in this office", so I asked why don't you let patients know about it so that we can arrive 90minuts late as well. Apparently this Dr. Wasserman's time is way more important than all us mortals time."

"I've had 2 appointments with Dr. Wasserman - Both appts. were around 9:00 in the morning and BOTH times, I had to wait over 30 minutes - actually second appt was over 45 minutes. For being an early appointment, no clue why I would have to wait that long. Then the second appt, he was almost out the door when I said, I have questions. Never asked if I had any. Not overly thrilled."

"Could not get in to see doc as I refused to provide my social security number. Despite being on time for my appointment, providing my insurance cards and driver's license, all of which can be verified on the spot, the gal at the window stated SS was required. Per my referring doc, I did call two times to speak to the Office Manager, however she did not return my calls. Interestingly all my other providers treat me without my social. Dr. Wasserman, do you freely give your SS# when asked? I would like to add that as I have had no contact with Dr. Wasserman I cannot comment on his practice of medicine. As he was recommended by a doc I respect, I will assume he practices with care."

"Would not recommend this office to anyone. If there were negative stars i would highlight them. My girlfriend tried to get an appointment for this office for five weeks finally got there and the inept RUDE office personnel with no kind of sympathy said she had the wrong referral. But it was the referral they were asking for. Doctor might be great but wouldn't know couldn't get past his waste of office personnel. No idea how he stays in business. If you choose this guy good luck. You might get seen in the year 2050... if you get there super secret referral they are looking for."
