"I made an appointment to see this Dr. One month out . I added it to my calendar on my phone and Wall calendar in that same moment. I never received any sort of confirmation text or call. I specifically requested afternoons because of work & had to request the day off, I called the day of just to confirm my appointment to then be told it was the not that day but the following day in the morning. Which was impossible! Receptionist then wanted to say it was a miscommunication on my end.no. Take accountability ! That’s just unprofessional. In order to get another appointment , it would be another month out! Make sure you clearly get them to say your appointment back to you on the day and hour you choose! but trying to gaslight me into thinking I chose another date and time I clearly didn’t choose, that’s just wrong!"

"I have a very good opinion of Dr. Ibay, unlike the receptionists in his clinic, they have terrible customer service, very poor organization, especially with appointments, they do not answer the phone most of the time, they do not have the ability to help patients. when he needs it, since it seems that they do not like their job and do not care about the good job that the doctor has and his good reputation"

"I would recommend Dr. Ibay himself, but NEVER his office. Any time you call be prepared to be immediately placed on hold before you’re able to even utter a single word. Just “hello can I place you on a quick hold?” And immediately on hold. They don’t even wait for you to answer. Then when they finally do get on the phone, they listen to absolutely nothing you say. They rush you. Interrupt you when you’re trying to explain your discomforts & just speak as if they’re fed up with you immediately. It’s been over a year since I last went to this gyno and after today, I now remember why. Will never be returning and I don’t suggest any mommies to be either. Avoid the extra stress and annoyance. Jesse is the absolute worst by the way. She’s always been very rude with a very nasty attitude in person & over the phone."

"Dr Ibay is great but I changed doctors because the staff is rude and I want to feel stress free/comfortable during my pregnancy. When you call the staff immediately puts you on hold for like 5 mins or more. One time I thought they literally forgot about me because they had me on hold for a while. There’s never availability for appts. I honestly just did not like the vibe."
