"This clinic just wants your money. They contacted my insurance and claimed that I needed to pay them my deductible of $2,500 for all the labs, diagnostics, and outpatient surgery that they claimed I needed. I haven’t even stepped foot in this clinic and they are planning to take my money for possible outpatient surgery and all these procedures. They haven’t even seen me yet. They would not schedule me for my first appointment unless I pay thousands of dollars first. I don’t think I’ll go for this clinic anymore and I don’t recommend them for the way they treat their patients."
"I was surprised when I searched this place to refer someone that it has such a low rating, so I wanted to share my experience. I went here at the end of 2022, and it was pleasant and easy. It was very busy. The staff was timely and I was called back for my appointment within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. The nurse, doctor, and desk staff that helped me were all incredibly friendly. I will be going back to this office as long as the insurance my employer offers is accepted."
"I have read the reviews and I'd like to share why I am giving five stars. I am a nurse. When I go to WASHN or any other medical office, I am paying attention to what is going with good insight into the operation of the facility. WASHN is a busy practice. I agree that scheduling appointments and reaching staff is difficult. I have seen their phone lines lit up like a Christmas tree when I have been checking in. The last time I called I received a call back within a few hours. This is a big improvement from my previous experience. I have seen Dr. BRILL And Dr. Herpolscheimer. I have had procedures and surgery. Both of these Dr.s are excellent. They take their time to explain what is going on and they answer any questions you may have. They have made stressful situations better. I trust them with my Healthcare. The staff in the back has been efficient and helpful. I appreciate them accurately taking my information and assisting the doctors. I would say if you are going to make an appointment., schedule when you have a few hours available. As with any office, things come up and doctors run late. I appreciate them not rushing me thru to get to the next patient. I'd also like to thank the staff working in billing. They have done an excellent job sorting out my insurance. Thank you to all at WASHN Henderson and Arby offices for your care!"
"So chose carefully if you decide to work with WHASN my wife and I were pregnant in 2020 into 2021 with our Son. Thought this time period we were happy with the OBGYN staff and were beyond satisfied with the doctor. However WHASN and their in between associates were terrible. We were directed to a multitude of specialists who had conflicting results stressing my wife out every time she went to see one of them. One specialist insisted that she was a high risk pregnancy that she had multiple disorders. She was sent to their recommended office to another doctor who said she was fine and had no issues based on blood tests. When she went back to the doctors primary office she was again told she was in high risk based on there findings (contrary to what the “specialist” had noted). They wanted to perform an emergency C-Section. We denied to agree with them and sided with the specialist. My wife went full term and had none of the issues they had mentioned. But even down to the final operation when she was prepping for the C-Section they were reviewing her chart and said she had the disorders, which we corrected and they agreed but wow they really must have been trying to take my insurance for a ride. During our follow up visits we were in between insurance providers from a new job and their office failed to update their system with the updated insurance. Fast forward a year. We get a notice of demand for payment for the last visit that the insurance didn’t cover. We went through hell getting the information together and getting it over to them showing we had insurance during the visit in question. Because their accounting team was inadequate, they decided that even tho we proved our insurance they were going to pass the charges on to us that they “forgot” to collect. They negotiated the bill to $125 and we were skeptical that we still shouldn’t have a cost for anything considering at the visit we even paid the copay that they insurance required. A few weeks later we get the amended bill. Still we decided to speak with an attorney, this should shouldn’t come as a shocker but it seemed like a lot of wasted time for $125 after talking with a lawyer. So we contacted them to satisfy the payment and were told we needed to speak with a office manager that the bill doesn’t reflect this amount but over $300!!!! Requesting an immediate call back was a joke. Weeks later still trying to communicate with them and nothing. We are then told that even tho we have the amended bill in writing that it is incorrect and that we again would have to speak with the fictional office manager that doesn’t take calls, seems to have tons of meetings to discuss the fact they don’t take calls and provide bills in writing that are allegedly incorrect… I digress, today I will be filing a charge with the “No Surprise Act”. This is a buyer beware, we will also be taking matters to the AG and BBB case with the medical bureau. Do yourself a favor and find a different organization to work with. We are pregnant again and I can assure you, without a shred of a doubt, 100% we will not be utilizing this provider ever again. And everyone we meet, everyone we know, and who ever will listen will be told not to utilize this organization."
"The front desk staff and Dr are great but the one setting appointments for surgeries is the worst. Wendy how is supposed to set my wife up for a surgery has a problem with communication. Doesn't like to return calls and communicate with patients. Is this really how we do customer service these days. No respect for patients what so ever. Wake up girl the world does not revolve around you. We will just be seeking a new Dr to do the surgery see needs. A month and a half later after seeing the Dr is rediculase."
