"I’m expecting my first baby . I want to thank my dr for helping me through my pregnancy. However his staff in the other hand … Specially Yarithza can’t say she’s being very professional since day one . When I try to schedule my first appointment over the phone . I called numerous times and one time she answer laughing very unprofessional and said she was on break. Okay I called 7 more times after that different days until I got an appointment. The first appointment I had she was laughing in the office as she’s helping me . Very unprofessional I think she forgets she’s at work . And not any job . This a a front desk where you should be professionally trained. I gave my information and I was told I was going to get a reminder for my next appointment. I never got one because she got my phone number wrong. By my third appointment the dr told me I should be getting a call for my ultrasound this was in may . It’s almost August and still no call to ache my ultrasound. Dr told Yarithza last time I went that my documents instead of sent fax she will have to take them in person . After the dr goes back to his office Yarithza tells me if I have the address that I can go in myself and take the documents. I’m 6 months pregnant I have a car with no AC And Yarithza is asking me to do her job ? I’m still waiting for a call for my ultrasound but no luck. I really would like to know how big my baby is at this point. And I don’t know what to do . Hopefully someone talks to this young lady about being more professional at her job ."
