"Had a great visit today! Everyone was very friendly and kind, Dr Almario was very nice. My pap was quick and more comfortable compared to others I've had. She answered all my questions and ordered my labs and sent me right up the hall to get my labs done right away."

"After waiting months to be seen and having my records transferred to her office I am told over the phone that I can no longer come in. Because I canceled in less than 24 hours on my last appointment. The reason I canceled was because I didn't have the copay that they were expecting for a follow-up appointment that was just supposed to go over how the medicines were. And it just so happens that I was calling in to speak with a nurse about my medicines. And this person on the phone just blatantly and rudely said. You can no longer come to this office!Due to the 24 hour cancelation so I am at a loss for words. No one contacted me or told me anything. I just happened to call in and find this out , I've never heard of this and so I inquire about my records. She Was very rude..I had everything Sent over to this office and to have someone be so rude and cut and dry on the phone with me. Telling me that I can never come back with no instruction. No one calls you tells you anything. 0 stars. Terrible service, terrible office."

"What a joke. I called about 2 months ago to set up a new patient. Spoke to the office person who set it up, took my insurance, went over co-pays, etc. It was going to be about 3 months before I could be seen but after the trauma I've experienced with doctors in this city I wanted a fresh start with a woman gynecologist to help me with the YEARS of health issues I've been suffering from. With the amount of chronic pain I'm in I asked if it was possible to be seen sooner and I was put on a cancelation list. They called me later on to tell me there has been a cancelation and I could be seen a full 6 weeks earlier than my original appointment! Perfect, right? Today was my long awaited appointment and I reborn a call 2.5 hours prior to tell me that they don't accept my insurance. I'm gutted and devastated. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism in checking eligibility beforehand or, at the very least, tell me that they do not accept my insurance IN THE FIRST PLACE! You know... like when they take my member IDs and all other pertinent information. Dr. Almerio is listed as in-network on my plan. These medical "professionals" have no regard for basic human decency or compassion for women needing care. WHY did I give my personal and insurance information more than once and an actual appointment booked if this office doesn't take my insurance to begin with?"

"If this is your first pregnancy I DONT ADVISE COMING TO THIS OFFICE. The first points of contact in her office are extremely rude. Yes they call to confirm your appointments but they book appointments back to back to where Leanne is rushing through the appointment! If Leanne is running late to an appointment, they do not provide courtesy calls ahead of time to give that option to reschedule. They talk about “office gossip” openly to where the patients can hear you in the waiting room, which is rude and unprofessional. Then if you call In to acquire about their processes, I spoke with someone by the name of aggy, Victoria and Olivia and they have all been rude, bad tones and extremely unpleasant. One may ask why do you even go to them, it’s only for traveling convenience but after today I’ll be looking for another obgyn! When Leanne found out I might be look else where she never greeted me she immediately said I have 30 days to find a different obgyn or else they will no longer see me. And if you know healthcare, then she should know when you become a new patient some where else, it can take up to 30-60 days to get an appt as a new patient. She did not conduct my ultrasound as planned for the appointment I came in for and when asked to checc my cervix, she was extremely rough! You would think they’ll be more considerate and sensitive to someone that is carrying life because being pregnant can become stressful enough. Make your on decision but I just felt the need to share my honest experience"

"Dr Almario really saved me by making do my breast exams and caught my breast cancer early to give me a fighting chance. Also very down to earth and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable in a unconfortable situation. Everyone there is very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.."
