"Dr Ballon-Hennings is wonderful. I typically have a hard time finding doctors who don't make me feel rushed out of the room, but Dr Ballon sat down with me and talked me through all my imaging results and made sure to answer all my questions and encouraged me to come back to the follow up with more questions so i can be totally prepared for my upcoming procedure. He's extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend him!"

"Super efficient scheduling. Dr Ballon is incredibly kind and straightforward! The staff could use some improvement just with how quick they call patients with results as I’ve had 2 prescriptions sent to the pharmacy and the pharmacy has called me before the office did. Other than that they’re very kind and helpful as well! Would still recommend anyone come here."

"Don't ever go to his office. The front desk ladies are super rude and unethical. They treated my wife so bad because she didn't have insurance and she had a major surgery from DR Ballon. My wife needed to get CA EDD disability paperwork filled out and the front desk lady acted like she didn't know how to fill out the paperwork and was really snobby. She also told me my wife that I could not stay in the office but when she came back out after getting her stitches out, there was a whole room of people that where waiting for there spouses. Im not sure if the rules only applied to my family because we are black. Again the front desk lady was rude and made me feel less than. My wife ended up back in the hospital 2 week after this visit and I was sent a letter that DR Ballon would not see my in his office anymore. She called in to checked on my paper work and of course the same front desk lady gave my wife a hard time about getting the EDD disability paperwork work signed by the DR. She made my wife upset with her talking rudely to her so my wife hung up and wanted to make a complaint but landed her self back In the hospital before she could make a formal complaint on this front desk lady. All in all, DO NOT USE THIS DR OFFICE ESPICALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK BECAUSE THE FRONT DESK LADY WILL TREAT YOU BAD. I PROMISE YOU THAT."

"I thought I had scheduled an appointment, but I must have scheduled an appointment at a different office. I walked into this office at 12:30 and the poor ladies at the front were on their lunch and said they had no appointment for me. I was just about to walk out when they said but we can get you in right now! Life savers! Sat down to do paperwork and I was waiting for the doctor within 20 min. The actual appointment was great and the doctor addressed all my concerns. Made me feel comfortable and overall was a great initial appointment. I am happy i stumbled into this office"
