"I am going through MENOPAUSE and 3 different doctors either threw a script my way and said see you later on, onesaid let's draw some blood and then didnt call me back or one said "it's just something you will have to deal with". This left me in more tears than I started out with. Not Dr. Newton!! This woman sat me in her office and gave me just detailed information about what I was going through in addition to a multitude of options as well as listened to me like I was her sister. I walked out of her office in shock! I will be traveling over an hour from of my side of town from here on out! Also, I was originally booked for December. The office said they would call me with any cancelations. Approximately 3-4 days after making my appointment, they called me back to come in as they had had a cancelation. Great customer service!!!"

"1st wellness appt in over 12 years. No concerns but wanted to have a serious conversation about HRT. Asked to check in a half hour before scheduled appt. Arrived at that time, brought all necessary paperwork and proceeded to wait a full hour before being called back. Assistant ran down my health history, per paperwork, and told me Dr. would be in shortly. Dr. came in with a student (no problem, I was asked if that was OK) and asked a few questions again about history and recent symptoms. I told her I wanted to talk to her about HRT, as I was entering peri-menopause, and she all but dismissed it, did my pap and a super quick internal check, said I was fine, needed a mammo and a colonoscopy, and said she'd give me 2x a week patches and a daily progesterone pill for the HRT without even taking my blood. Bottom line, obviously they were running super behind and were rushed, and the Dr. WAS nice, but I did not sense the level of "care and compassion" the office seems to tout. Might be okay for a routine screen if you know you have no issues, but I would NOT recommend if you want someone to listen to you."

"If owe a great deal of respect and gratitude Dr. Al Mario not only found endometrial /uterine cancer quickly (I’m 42) but was able to refer me to an oncologist that was able to stop endometrial/uterine cancer from spreading. Had I not have gone to this particular location I would have never known"

"The whole office is filthy. FILTHY. From the waiting room starting. The two front desk women aRe incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment at 930 today and was screamed at that I must be ‘on drugs’ because in their books the appointment isn’t until 10. First off, the whole miscommunication can be discussed in lot calmer manner, without raising voice or wild accusations. I’m not sure how this person gets this audacity to talk to patients like this. But apparently this is a norm in this office and no one was even bothered with the way the front desk staff screams and uses foul language. I was called a B word and told to go back to my country, the receptionist kept mouthing stuff that she’ll charge my insurance etc. first of, I wasn’t even seen by a provider. I was denied the services and so decided to cancel and leave. The whole threats and insults were just absolute cherry on top. Please save yourself time and don’t go there."
