"If I can give 5 stars I would. I had an appointment today at 11:00 am. Came to check in at 10:50am, I was waiting literally an hour and I went up to the receptionist at 12:00pm saying how long and when am I going to get called back. The receptionist told me to wait a little longer that they are calling me next. 5 minutes later she called me to the front saying that my doctor was in the hospital doing sedation. When they could of called me before my appointment to tell me that. Was waiting in the waiting room for an hour for nothing. C’mon guys pay attention to your schedule if the doctor has appointments for sedation at the hospital then call your in office patients ahead of time and let them know. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Dr. Micheals is a GREAT doctor I love her. All my appointments were good. It’s just the front staff is not really good at communicating with patients about their scheduled time."

"I loved Dr Gondy, but I was a little shocked that it took an hour past the time of my appointment for which I arrived on time to get taken back to the exam room. Just know you need to take the whole morning or afternoon off work for an appointment because it will take several hours."
