"Unfortunately I can’t recommend Dr. Brathwaite to any women. I had to wait months for my appt. Then she makes you wait a very long time after your scheduled time to be seen, yet if you are 16 minutes late for your appt, they turn you away (even if you’ve already virtually checked in ON TIME on your phone). While waiting for my appt, multiple women were comparing about blood work and other issues… yikes. I had a few concerns to cover at my appt and she said she can only do the exam + bloodwork and that everything else would have to be a separate appt… You have to wait a month or two or three to get an appointment, just for her to rush through (literally less than 5 min spent). Her staff is incompetent and ordered the incorrect bloodwork, so I had to fast and get stuck two days in a row. They took 9 tubes of blood from me from both arms! At the second blood draw, I was informed by the phlebotomist that the tests she ordered were very odd and gave me a print out to show the doctor to confirm why I was being tested for all these obscure clotting disorders. All were negative of course! I didn’t ask to be tested for any of that stuff! I had no symptoms and there was no discussion or concern for those disorders at my appt. I think a staff member sent bloodwork for another patient and they mixed it up? Either way, it’s got malpractice written all over it. They turned me away after driving 1.5 hours for the follow up appt (that I waited a month for), so I’ll never know what happened as I refuse to reschedule with this doctor. A few days ago I was called twice by an Indian man with thick accent, demanding money on behalf of this doctor. I thought it was as a scam but also got emails and texts demanding a copay that they failed to collect from me from my first appt. The red flags don’t stop, but I’ll digress. Ive personally never been treated this poorly by a doctors office in my life. Sorry ladies, this dr is not it. Also make sure you sort reviews by most recent to get the real tea. Don’t waste your time here!"

"I had my first appointment in December 2023 and was happy about the office space and the service from the Midwife. I was sent to get an ultrasound at a different office and completed that in 12/19. Since then 2 follow up appointments were cancelled; one on the day of after I was on my way to the office. The reason given was that the midwife was out of town. Appointment was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Again in the day if I received a call stating that my appointment was canceled due to a power outage and the office would reschedule at a later time. 1 month went by and no one called to reschedule or discuss the outcome of my ultrasound from 12/19/23. I called the office to try to get an appointment only to be told they were booked out fur the next 3 months. Called back and reminded them that they canceled 2 previous appointments and I still don’t know the outcome of my ultra sound she suddenly an appointment opened up. I decided not to go because the follow up care is non existent and with these gas prices I would rather find a better practice close to home. I won’t be returning."

"Dr. Braithwaite is amazing! I love that she is well informed about new innovative treatments (hence the name Innovative Women's Care). She is robotics trained as well! After trying other doctors for years, I gave Innovative Women's Care a try ,and Dr. BRAITHWAITE has balanced my hormones and given me back my joyful life! My husband says she is a " rockstar"! She is very knowledgeable, and has a soft yet confident bedside manner! The front and back staff is personable and professional as well and the office is "Diva approved" so cute and clean! It's the total experience for me! Thank you!"

"Mrs. Mike was great! She gave me a lot of great advice and made me feel great after dealing with pain since June 2023. I’ve been in the ER 5 times in different hospitals and dealing with different doctors. Some were nice and tried to figure out what was wrong, and I came across rude ones where they misdiagnosed me multiple times. When I finally came across Dr. Mike, she explained to me I was not supposed to be prescribed progesterone because I still have my ovaries. The doctor who prescribed them to me assumed I didn’t have them, and she didn’t even have me do an ultrasound, and I was taking them to help me feel better. Hopefully the pain goes away soon, because it’s been a journey."

"I feel safe! The staff is awesome. The care is thorough and thought out. The wait as a new patient is long but once you become a patient, it’s worth it! The reason it’s hard to get in is because having A+ care is important and everyone wants it. To start the atmosphere is spectacular. You can see in the detail of the office decor that they care and pay attention. You can get blood work and ultrasounds here which is convenient. The front desk, the nurses and the doctors are professional and informative. I can’t recall waiting long. The front desk is great at coordinating your time if you have multiple appointments (ultrasound, blood and doctor’s visit). Most importantly, no matter who I see for doctor appointments I feel informed and safe. I feel cared for, I feel like someone is looking out for my best interests. That’s very important to me. If you asked if I would recommend this place to my friends and family, the answer is I have and will keep recommending."
