"Most professional staff you could ever have the pleasure of working with. Beyond patient ( I had a pretty bad attitude for personal reasons. TBH I acted like a total Karen);and not only were they calm, cool and professional, but they were organized, quick and completely understanding. People are still kind and professional, something you don't see often. The doctor was informative, and although he didn't look over 18, he was absolutely genius and extremely helpful and gave me many options and good information on what I can do for my eye health and worsening eyesight. I couldn't be happier, and I am a very hard critic. Esmeralda was smiling and sweet even after I took forever changing my mind over and over about my glasses and took her time giving me the best options to fit my insurance budget. The whole staff, these people were Saints. I'm very pleased. Hard to find professionalism like this anymore."

"I’m going to give the front desk the benefit of the doubt and give another chance for customer service, we were the last appointment of the day. She seemed annoyed to have the business coming in. After a walk in inquired about appointments, she complained to the other staff about the customers requests after she left, right in front of us. The rest of the experience was pretty good with the doctor."

"The customer service all around is amazing. Starting with the receptionist area, doctor, and the ending of my appointment with Esmeralda. I love that it’s a center full of women and they empower each other. The doctor was super attentive and nice, answered all of my questions. Esmeralda was everything, sweet, down to earth, felt like a close friend we talked about everything. She was uplifting and encouraging to me. "Can I give this place more than 5 stars? If I could, I would. These people are amazing. The doctor was super nice. The technicians were super nice. I had never been here before and they treated me like I'd been coming here my whole life. Then Kelly, who helped with my insurance claim just went WAY above and beyond. My eyes are very bad and my previous eye doctor would always file the claim as "Medically necessary", and some big word that I can't remember. When he did that, I would most of the time pay nothing for them because Insurance would pay it all. The place I went to last year simply said, "That's not possible." Kelly, on the other hand, called my insurance and worked with them and figured out how to file the claim like my old doctor did. It took a little over a week and I don't even want to know how many phone calls to EyeMed. I can't thank her enough, and I can't give this place a high enough rating. I will recommend them until the end of time."
