You pay monthly then when something does happen they make excuses to delay and deny claims. The agent is not helpful during the process. They pass around different versions of a policy. Do your research and go somewhere else it’s just not worth it with this company. Check BBB they have tons of complaints online for the same reasons they are popular for this bad faith behavior"
