"Not sure if the same lady helped works here. Long story short i called to cancel my insurance and one of the agents said to not do it because it would affect my insurance record. I bought a car that end up not working so why would I need insurance. After everything she said she would not cancel it for my safety and if i wanted to cancel to wait a week and call them again which didn't sit well with me. Well now i owe 400 to collections for a car i never drove. I called previously with supervisor and I REPEAT SHE SAID SHE WAS GOINF TO LOOK INTO THE CALLS BUT NEVER GAVE ME A CALL BACK INSTEAD THEY SENT THE BILL TO COLLECTIONS..."
