"Terrible insurance company , they are impossible to get a hold of after you sign up with them . After trying to cancel my policy for over a month and no phone calls or returned emails I gave up and two months later I get a collection letter . Screw this company and their terrible customer service . I needed up getting service for less than half of what these crooks charged me . I highly do not recommend this office or company . No customer service . Every time you call the office it will go to the main switchboard directory . Do not use this office if you expect any customer service"

"My wife and I did recently change from root to Allstate, we are both satisfied with the coverage that we have, and the cost of the premiums. My biggest complaint at this point, is the DriveWise app. While I am sitting on the couch, I will get a notification that driveways is checking for a trip on my phone. Also, when this DriveWise is checking for a trip, my wife is also here. So, I do not think that it is because of her app."
