"My policy was transferred to this office after my agent retired. I have had State Farm for over 35 years and this is my second transfer. I have never had an office NOT call back dozens of messages. I keep getting mail telling me ACTION REQUIRED . I can't solve or fix bc no one answers the phone. Called corporate to transfer agents and was told "go to google, pick and agent. Then call to start paper transfer process". So sad and just in shock that you can't reach someone and that corporate doesn't have any ability to help you with a new office or even they themselves reach the agent. I would NOT recommend his office to anyone looking for a responsive office."
