"I have paid over what was quoted to me every month since I’ve started. I never got whatever rebate I was lied to about, and on top of all of that and explaining my issues I got not response and a SEVENTY-FIVE dollar a month INCREASE. No accidents, no tickets, AND I JUST paid my car off in full. On the other hand… Alex that was actually in the office being a useful person for this company. Was INCREDIBLY helpful. If he was or is an agent.. I wish he would have been mine. I may have stayed. He was patient, heard my discrepancies, attempted to get ahold of Liana (to no avail SURPRISE SURPRISE) and when I literally begged him to give me a Flat Cancellation on my policy he was helpful and kind. Make him the agent of this office, he’s actually productive and helpful. Switched to Progressive for TWO HUNDRED less a month. And if no one believes me I have screenshots to prove. I know I’m just one customer, and this may not matter… but oh well."
