"My rates increased 3xs from the start due to high milage. After i explaied and showed proof I wasnt driving the same amount that they were saying I was, they still tried to increase my coverage. My rate started at $208, then raised it to $227 the second month, they tried to raise my rates to over $300, and when they "fixed it" it was still $288. I had to call All State myself during after hours to ask why such a huge jump. After getting hung up on and people pretending to have a bad connection, they brought it down to $159. My question is why do I have to fight with a company to keep a policy at the correct amount that we agrred upon. This whole experance put a terrible taste in my mouth. I dropped Allstate after nobody can tell me that my $159 payement was all I owed, I was calling over and over asking why was it still at $300+ after my policy was fixed. Terrible experance all around."
