"After my father passed away, I've had ongoing legal issues requiring me to work closely with state farm in order to adjust my policies and occasionally request specific documentation that has to be immediately provided. My agent, Noah Singer, has always gone above and beyond in providing exemplary customer service and answering any questions I had, no matter how convoluted or complex. "State Farm is a good insurance company. The Mark Citsay agency is an embarrassment to good insurance agents everywhere. I've been trying to reach them by phone for a week. The phone always goes to voicemail during the business day and no one ever returns calls. I'd avoid this poorly ran office at all costs, I'm moving my business to a new agency."
