"State Farm is a good insurance company. The Mark Citsay agency is an embarrassment to good insurance agents everywhere. I've been trying to reach them by phone for a week. The phone always goes to voicemail during the business day and no one ever returns calls. I'd avoid this poorly ran office at all costs, I'm moving my business to a new agency."
