"I ordered 6 condo policies from this office in May of this year.  Apparently, Erica knew I was shopping for quotes so she added in a $30.00 per policy "New Household" discount to reduce the quotes. A few months later, I received new invoices from Farmers wherein they added the phony "New Household" discounts back into the premium.  It was phony the whole time.  I spoke with the Broker, Richard Sacca and he told me his agent probably made a mistake-- "let's split the difference".  No, you charged me a phony/fraudulent charge x6.  I won't split it.  Preparing docs now to be reviewed by Nevada Dept of Insurance.  OK, doing it your way Richard...."

"Would not use again for business insurance. Always an issue with them and very unprofessional in my opinion. EDIT - After I left this review expressing the reoccurring issues with this business. They went to my business profile and left me a 1 star review, pictured below - EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER. I will surely be calling the Farmer's corporate office and reporting them to the BBB ! Honestly pathetic .. who does this ???"
