"As I understand it, Family First Life employs a man named Oscar Contreras, who is a thief. He claimed to be helping a friend of mine who I was helping through a housing insecurity situation with a hotel room. On the night we met a few days ago, Oscar stole one of the keys and used the hotel room for several days under my nose, using the space for his purposes. I hear he even bragged about the insurance he had sold in the room. I feel disgusted and violated and Oscar has offered no apology or recourse. I can’t speak to anyone else at this business but as long as they employ Oscar Contreras, their integrity is suspect."
