"Went threw so much just to get my car repaired was without a car for a month they canceled my rent a car saying it was due to the shop where I had my car repaired when the insurance agent sent the payment to the wrong place twice the adjuster said he didn't get the supplement till a week or two later when I received the supplement after he did it was sent to him the same day he went outta town left a message on his voicemail was suppose to get a return call from whomever was supposed to be handling his affairs never did paid 371.09 outta pocket for the rental car paid enterprise rental car 100.00 said I would be back the following week to pay remaining they took it out if my account anyway over drafted my account it was all bad and the cold part about is I told farmers the day I dropped my car off where it was the address suite number phone number everything just and overall bad experience and to top it off they said they couldn't reimburse me the 371.00 for the rental for my inconvenience smh time to look for new insurance!!!!!!"
