"My husband and I have both been overcharged by the woman who works there several times. 50 cents here or a dollar or two there. Today I had the time to call her out on it. It was a charge of $93 by her account. She wasn’t honoring posted prices on the signs in the store. She knew she had made a mistake and instead of simply going over the charges with me and making it right, she proceeded to yell at me in the store and even tried to get a male customer in on it. How is that acceptable? Being “tired” as she stated isn’t an excuse to ring in extra dollars and not be accountable for it. I didn’t raise my voice once and calmly requested a refund. The owner is wonderful and after having spent hundreds of dollars there a month because of convenience, we will not be going back due to her service. We will be spending our money at Jackson’s down the street from now on. Cheaper, open when they say they will be, zero discrepancies on pricing and most certainly not a person behind the counter who yells at honest, loyal customers. Thanks!"

"The manager, Paul (not sure if he spells his name this way) is such a nice man!! We love him. He was always working and sometimes his wife and son would fill in and they are wonderful people too, but he's finally got help who is reliable and he is also very friendly. They seem to have too many problems with their equipment so I hope they get it updated OR it could just be the internet connection and not the equipment, either way something needs to be overhauled. But if it weren't for the people working there we wouldn't bother going in. Thank you Paul!! You're great!!"
