"This used to be my favorite store BUT i found it sooo unprofessional when i heard these two lady's in their 70's one of them had a name tag that said emma and the other lady was indian i think. While i was shopping all they would talk about is work gossip and we're loud. They said some MEAN stuff. very unprofessional. Another thing is the men selection is small. My wife had a bad experience as well that same day. she had her cart in the fitting room and jesus took a picture and took the cart out telling her “I will take your cart out there for fire safety reasons” which we completely understand but he did it with with an attitude rolling his eyes at her. NEVER coming back."

I have been a loyal customer for over twenty five years to Nordstrom Rack in Reno, NV, and my experience and relationship with the company has been absolutely RUINED by an unprofessional cashier! Not only was she smacking her gun loudly in my face, but it was abundantly clear that she has NO idea what she’s doing! She messed up my return FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES! Finally, I asked for her manager. She REFUSED! This is absolutely unacceptable. Her name tag said Keisha, and she had absolutely no respect for the store or my wishes. Her station was an absolute disaster, ignored my hello and thank you, did not greet me, and she looked an absolute mess. I am DISGUSTED! I have always expected better from Nordstrom, and I am so disappointed! I will not be returning until she is LONG GONE! This is the SECOND negative experience I’ve had with this cashier, and I am extremely upset!"
