"I used to shop at Savers often and loved going there. I decided to shop there today after a long period of time. The store was clean and organized. However, the prices have gotten ridiculously high! That's not my biggest complaint though. For someone being in management, I can say these employees were the absolute worst. They were so disrespectful to customers, impatient and one older lady in particular kept yelling at people. She was so rude and condescending. This was very disappointing to see and hear. I will never step back in the Savers in Reno for this reason alone. These employees need to learn customer service skills!"

"Warning: this is a for profit corporation and that is all they care about. Prices in store range from high to absurd. Don't assume that any electronics are ever tested. Clothing can be bought new for less elsewhere. Employees are on a quota system and are underpaid. The only upside is that their donation center is clearly visible and has employees to assist...another part of the assembly line process to maximize profits."

"big rude dude at the front wouldn't let me in or actually speak to him. All I wanted to do was look at the front door which was clearly covered in signs. I wanted to see if they were hiring because I thought I liked their cause. Saw enough from that guy. Never coming here again."

"Great drop off experience. I'd just done some spring cleaning, so had two heaps of clothes - one of nice, good, clean clothes, and one of damaged clothes. I pulled into their donation center (shown, open 9-7 every day) and they took the nice clothes and the ragged clothes. They'll send the crummy clothes off for recycling, and will try to sell the nicer clothes, and if they don't sell, will send them off for recycling too. Good overall experience!"
