"The only reason I keep coming to this store is because they actually have good deals, but customer service is terrible! They are so unorganized and I don’t understand the point of having 20 cash registers when only one is open. The workers don’t seem to care either when there’s a huge line they still only have one person working the register. Just know if you come here, you’re gonna wait probably an hour just to pay."
"I like the clothes and the place a lot. But the lines are always long and still only one cashier. You wait for ever expecting another cashier to open up. But one never does. I dont understand why they have 6-8 employees and one cashier..."
"This place was never good in customer service eversince we lived in Reno. It's very rare that we go in here. Im putting 1 star just so I can put in a review. We got random things in the cart roughly $250-$300 worth, just killing time in Reno. My son needed to use the restroom, and we were told "WE NO LONGER HAVE PUBLIC RESTROOMS." I don't get it. WE are a customer!!! We called Ross and asked how well their customer service and if the restroom for customers were available. A very nice associate replied with information. We then went to Ross and spent exactly $272. 89 for random things while killing time in Reno. I highly suggest Ross or the MALL. I can not wait for this place to close down. There are a lot of places that deserve our business, will treat us, and our hard earned money with much more respect."
"I've liked Burlington for decades! There are 2 locations in the Reno area. The older store is located on South Virginia Street & the newer store is located in the Legends Outlet in Sparks. The new store is fast more organized and updated, although I think they remodeled the original location a few years ago. They have a good variety of styles & sizes. My favorite section has always been the haircare & and bathroom essentials. I've found many unique brands & exotic blends, all at wonderful department store prices! The staff has always been helpful and pleasant. I've never used the layaway program, but I believe it's still an option."
"Lacks organization and care but great prices on good brands. No one ever helps you and shelves are sparse. They have drastically shrunk the size and lots of storage in the back. Sigh, two cashiers walked away while the line is insane. Only one poor cashier, been in one 25 minutes with 20 more to go. Please get competent management."
