"At first when we walked in we were surprised bc it looked nice and clean but after a few hours and we were still sweating bc the air conditioning isn't working we went and got the guy that rented us the room and he came in and tries to convince us that it's working fine!! Lol it's hot as hell in here!! Me and my wife are both sweating! Well he won't switch rooms or give a refund. Horrible customer service"

"I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. No place is perfect, but after living here for seven years, I have to say it is one of the best options available. Owners are super nice, responsive to problems, and work hard to run a reputable establishment. Rates are reasonable compared to similar places. Relatively quiet and safe. Many rooms have been updated/remodeled with more remodels coming. Exterminator comes monthly (or more often if needed), so bugs are not a problem. The only problems are bad "guests" who are dirty, steal everything, destroy property, and create major problems for the owners then like to complain about them."
