"NGL there is roaches(we all know it's not a secret)but it's made up for with the office employees cuz they're friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the hotel. The maintenance is courteous and extremely knowledgeable with any issues that you may be having. Night crew per se is amazing. And last but not least the manager is just flat out awesomesauce, So if you get him you will be happy. Thank you all."
"Kim is a nightmare! I was attacked by bed bugs and so was my dog. My dog got sick and so did I and Kim said she wasn't dealing with my dogs death! She is so nasty and inhumane! Please stay safe if you choose to stay here"
"Right in the heart of midtown. Sitting on top of a strip club I guess you'd expect the roaches and the horrible staff. Especially the lanky girl at the front desk. Is she security? Is she a bouncer? Whatever she is, she is overbearing and very rude. Unaccommodating and would rather chase off customers then welcome them. Stay away from this place and you won't have to burn your belongings after your stay here"
"Great staff but y'all know y'all can do better. Amazing Location though. It's kind of away from the freeway but it's right next to the Wild Orchid and midtown/downtown Reno. It's just very great if you were on foot."
"This motel is what you make it. The bugs are there. Only if you allow them to be. Keep your room clean and take the right preventative measures and it's not an issue. The elevator and the hallways sometimes smell, my room doesn't. The walls are thin and you can hear everything, it definitely brings a sense of humbleness and mindfulness. With that being said I don't mind living here paying the outrageous price of $1200.00 if those were the only problems that one had to deal with . The biggest problem I have with this place and the reason why I would tell everyone and anyone not to stay here is the little black man that works the front desk, primarily graveyards. If at any time you unfortunately cross his path much less the fact need his help. Beware and be ready to not only be cussed but also made to feel as small as humanly possible. He takes it upon himself to belittle and harrass you for no reason other than he can. Or thinks he can because he's been doing his job for two years. He is about as disrespectful as any person I have ever met and has no business whatsoever being in the customer service industry. Why this owner still allows him to have a job is beyond me. He is a liability but most importantly he is just a bully that makes you uneasy to be around. That is why I would recommend finding some here else to stay. Not because of bugs or smells or cleanliness. Entirely because of the tiny man who works behind the front desk who takes it upon himself to demoralize the guests who really pay his paycheck. I truly hope the owner sees this and does something about it. Before something bad happens. One of the guests already ended up pulling a gun on him because he had had enough of this guys harassing banter. Unfortunately the old drunk barely scraping by went to jail while the bully played the victim."
