"I had my blood and urine test for the first time at this location and Clinical Pathology Labs. I was in and out in 10 minutes. No forms to fill out, just handed my id and insurance to the receptionist. They called me in before I even sat down. Other providers I waited for up to an hour. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Everyone was so nice."
"The front desk lady with the tattoos and piercings on face is super rude and has an horrible attitude she shouldn’t be working there since she works with patients!!!! She was working 09/19/23 @ 10 am shift !"
"Worst customer service ever. My mother in law had an appointment for 8:30. We arrived early. Front desk lady, Katya, asked us to check in. We informed her we had an appointment and we didn’t have the confirmation number. She asked us to sign in as walk-in but we continued to try checking in as an appointment due to the fact that we had another appointment right after that one. Our attempts failed and my mother in law asked her if she could please check her system to see if she could find her appointment in the system. She once again told her to check in as a walk-in. That’s when I went up and asked her how long was the wait for walk-ins, because we know that they prioritize appointments. She didn’t answer my questions, rolled her eyes and asked my mother in law for her name and quickly found her appointment with no problem. I clearly saw zero efforts in her trying to assist us. This was our first time being there and had zero knowledge on their system. Also as I was sitting there, a man got up to ask her a question and she quickly asked him to sit down with no efforts in hearing him out: I do not understand why they place staff like her on the front desk. I am sure I was not the only one that felt all her negativity. I just felt the need to come here and speak up for everyone else that was there waiting with me."
"Starting off review with letting everyone know, Yvonne front desk worker has no customer service. You’re representing CPL, be welcoming and professional. You act and look like you don’t want to be at work! First lady (did not get her name) while walking to counter, asked me to check in on tablet so my wife checked me in as a specimen drop off on tablet that’s on their counter. Meaning I’m dropping off my specimen. When Yvonne called my name, went to the counter and Yvonne said “requisition and I.D” handed her both. She then gave me a paper to fill out and said “don’t fill in time collected” I mentioned that I have the specimen sample. She then looked at me and said “I didn’t know you collected already” I said it’s a specimen drop off, I have it. I handed her sample, She did not label my sample in front of me. Put sample on side and asked for payment. She collected payment handed me receipt, I then told her about time being wrong on my receipt and she said wisely “it’s only the payment receipt” she did not say thank you have a nice day, thank you your results will be in by today or tomorrow. It was when my wife came up and asked “where will his results go? Do you have his email?” She interrupted rudely and said it will go to the ordering physician’s office. So my wife said “it says to his email though and to not fax” and again Yvonne interrupted and said “it will go to the physician’s office” so we just walked away and my wife said before walking out “what’s your name?” And that’s how we got her name …. Which is Yvonne!!!! Yvonne not once was welcoming. Not once gave me any additional information. Not once said please or thank you. Not once said anything nice or welcoming. She was just a grouch! Her energy sucks. Her attitude sucks. CPL please make this girl go to a customer service training course or class Thank you from a non returning client!"
