"Let me save you some troubles and headaches- here is my experience with Jaws Insurance. I am a semitruck owner operator and I started using Jaws Insurance back in 2017 for my commercial policy. It would be right to say- "you don't know who you are purchasing insurance from till you file a claim" since everything was going well till I had an accident on October 2020 and I filed a claim. Since then, I have been going back and forth with Justin Wegener. And long story short its almost February 2021, it's been 3 months since the accident, and I still have not received my settlement. By now I have heard every story in the book, Mr. Wegener has stopped replying to my emails, and my patience has ran out. My only option left is to lawyer up and take this to court. Anyway, there is my experience with Jaws insurance, so make your own conclusions, but I am sure you can do better."

"My name is Dennis. I will start by saying Justin (the owner of this company) seemed like he cared in the beginning. It's his customer service skills, honesty and trustworthy level, and his patience level that needs major work. I had several questions and concerns about my potential policy and he became irritated with me very quickly. The quote he was giving me over the phone was a lot less than what was actually given to me in writing. Of course I'm not going to sign it if it's higher than what he's telling me verbally. He assumed I wouldn't notice the price difference and I would just sign his document and start my new policy without asking any questions or having any concerns. Once I started asking questions, he blew me off and stopped responding to me. I sent him text messages, called him on his work phone and cell phone and left several messages. He finally responded via text message "sorry I'm stuck in a meeting right now, will call you later" well, later never came as a week later he still hadn't contacted me. Only when I texted him telling him I will be leaving my review about him and his little shady company online and that is when his tune changed and he made up excuses about why he blew me off. Blah blah blah! Bottom line, be very careful when dealing with Justin at Jaws Insurance agency. READ EVERYTHING he sends you and DO NOT go according to what he tells you, only go by what is IN WRITING. He tells you one thing on the phone and everything seems great, but when you look at his quote in writing it's completely different and much higher. So again, Justin can not be trusted and please read everything he sends to you. If not, you'll sign up for insurance through him, he will get paid and make his commission for signing you up, but when you get your first bill you will be devastated and by then he already got his money for you and YOU get stuck with an insurance policy you can not afford. Total scam company. Be very careful!"
