"Dr Villareal is great at her job. She really needs to consider replacing the front office staff. No compassion. Rude, passive and just unprofessional. I have been bringing my kids here for over 6 years and still kept her as their physician even after moving across town. The front desk staff will be the reason why I’ll be looking for a new doctor for my kids and that saddens me. The Dr has even had to come out before to apologize to me for her staffs demeanor. The nurses in the back are always great as well. So if your okay with attitude and disrespect to get to greatness, then this is the place, unfortunately."
