Reviews
"I don’t understand the bad reviews. Dr Waldo Feng is amazing. A true God send. He treated us like family. He treated our son like his own. Much love to you Doctor! Many blessings to you and your family forever!"
"Never even met the doctor. Whoever answers the phone and answers questions about insurance needs some serious customer service training. We’ve spoken 3x trying to get things figured out for my son and the lack of professionalism and how rude she speaks to customers made us go somewhere else. So I can’t comment on the doctor or his care, but the complete lack of professionalism from the woman who answers the phone was enough to make us never want to have our son treated at this establishment."
"Don’t expect anyone to be there when you show up for your appointment. Ours was at 3:30, one hour before the office closes. I got lost and called for directions and apologized saying we were going to be a little late. Receptionist assured us it was fine. We arrived 15 min late to a locked door and an answering service on the phone."
"He tried to upsell me and my husband by having our baby do an outpatient circumcision instead of in his office. Went to another pediatrician and had a successful, clean, in-office circumcision. Talked about how outpatient surgery - you can get a "tailor made perfectly cut circumcision" and how "aesthetics isn't important, but it is..." It's a $500 out of pocket office procedure vs an est $7k out of pocket for outpatient. Plus, baby undergoes full anesthesia usually around 3 or 4 months of age. He also said how we would still make our deductible for this year. And in the middle of the conversation, he asked us what we did for a living... Felt like it was all about the money... I'm sure he's a great doctor skill-wise though. But yah, just needed to give my honest opinion about him because felt like it wasn't right."
