"The worst customer services all the times! They are super rude and lairs. Those recipients are so strange and disgusting. One of thier back office MA she didn't measure my infant temperature but when asked yelling and pretend as she did. Laying in front me and my wife. Those front office arguing on billing and make negotiations like drug dealers! The worst experience ever seen in my life. Please don't take your precious kids to stranger those even dont know what kids meant to parent. I'm still very regretted how i ended up in this place."

"Do NOT take your child here. We paid for our copay on the date of service months later and we are STILL getting bills in the mail for the copay already paid. After multiple phone calls, one employee, Brenda, said she did show that payment received and that everything was fine. Next month we receive ANOTHER "FINAL NOTICE" in the mail, as though this mismanaged office is about to send our already paid bill to collections. I have $30. I can, and did pay for services rendered (though the urologist seemed incredibly unsure of his ability to properly circumcise our child, needless to say we looked elsewhere for proper medical care in such an important procedure) I HIGHLY recommend Dr Waldo Feng at Summerlin Hospital; he is both capable and confident in his abilities. What I won't pay for is poor management of records (think, these people also handle your child's medical records, not just billing records). I also refuse to pay for fraudulent collections already settled. What ever is going on in this office, it isn't proper medical care, and it isn't proper management of accounts. DO NOT RISK YOUR CHILD'S HEALTH OR YOUR FINANCES. Thank god we have insurance, I can only imagine them loosing record of payment in full, not just a copay. I'm sure from my conversations with employees here that it's already happened. Don't let it happen to you!"
