"Whoever the scheduler is, is extremely rude. She has no compassion and is short with me, when all I'm trying to do is set up an appointment. She was rude with my husband when he called before, and it deterred him from wanting to bring our child here, however, our referral is specifically to this office. I have high hopes that the rest of the staff and doctors are not like this."

"Daughter saw Dr Nakamura in 2019 for difficulty breathing. HE LITERALLY DIAGNOSED HER WITH ALLERGIES BECAUSE SHE HAD A CREASE ON HER NOSE. Turns out she was suffering from anxiety panic attacks. WORSE DR EVER. He was also training an intern and told them to look for the crease first. What an idiot"

"Unfortunately they mess up my son's prescription every visit and it takes forever to get the right prescription and then it needs to go through insurance approval. I hope that the negligence of the doctors doest cause something detrimental to happen to my son."

"Dr. Nakamura is amazing. We saw him for my son's asthma, he clearly explained the diagnosis and gave treatment (including prescription medication for emergencies). The wait to see him was worth it. He told us to call the office during weekends if needed, which we unfortunately did, and he spoke to us that day and let us know what treatment to follow to avoid ending up in the ER. Definitely would recommend! Plus his office is full or art!"

"I started going to this assembly line in 2020. I struggle with medical PTSD, because of my two kids with severe medical issues. They are teenagers now. This place knew that. I was clear and transparent. I struggle with anxiety and depression. I missed appointments. I apologized, I sat in triage for three hours after my appointment time waiting for the “Doctor”, I never complained. My kids both had surgery on the same day in May, SURGERY, I missed an appointment, there’s NO coordination of care, no compassion, because they were unaware and when I called to reschedule they dropped my kids due to the cancellation… both my kids had surgery on the SAME DAY and was in the HOSPITAL. How pathetic. I am almost certain that Dr Nakarmi or whatever is name is, is unaware. Additionally, I saw him once, and after that it was a student or someone I had to wait hours for. I’m going to go out on a limb and accuse this office of retaliation, insensitive behavior and lack of bed side manners and understanding of medical ptsd. If you’re looking for compassion, this is NOT this place. This place is just a brand name, sophisticated equipment, new technology and a staff with no personality or compassion. (cc.
