"super nice and caring dr. he genuinely cares about his patients if I don't f/u within the 3-6 months hell call me personally to make she my son is doing okay and to make sure I'm okay with refills for his prescriptions he's wonderful. His staff is also great and hands on very helpful especially Angie and Rob always so nice to answer all my questions with the nicest attitude."

"Been going to Dr Kufor for 7 years for both my kids and he's been great. Always went above and beyond. I have never went in without Dr. Kufor asking about the other kid that I didn't bring in by name asks how my oldest is doing in school. He remembers the whole family. He truly cares about the children he treats. We have moved several times over the years but we still make the drive to his office for our children's care."

"Dr. Kufour does it again! He's been my seven year old's doctor since birth and when I had my now 5 month old baby I couldn't think of anyone else to be his primary pediatrician. Every time I take my kids he always answers all my million questions and gets them exactly the help they needs to feel better asap. The staff is very accommodating and understanding. They are friendly with the kids. Can't say anything bad."

"THE STAFF HERE IS INCOMPETENT AND HAVE SERIOUS COMMUNICATION ISSUES! Dr. Kufuor has been my sons pediatrician since he was born and I have to say he is truly awesome! Although, I have been considering never returning to either of his locations. His staff is extremely unprofessional and need a lot of training when it comes to speaking to clients/customers. The staff constantly screws up when sending my son's prescriptions and setting up appointments. I feel like I bother them when I ask a question or have a concern. They don't even look you in the eyes when speaking to you. They don't make you feel like coming back that's for sure! I have asked for a list of medication my son was prescribed and it took them a whole week to get back to me. I didn't get my son's blood work results for a whole 2 months because they claimed they "never came-in"! I'm writing this review while I'm on hold waiting for someone to realize I can hear the entire conversation ( about clients, personal issues etc.Ended up waiting for 22 min.). THE STAFF HERE IS INCOMPETENT AND HAVE SERIOUS COMMUNICATION ISSUES!"
