"I really like that on any day when my girls are sick we have access to a provider. The doctors have been very gracious with us when we have had to use the answering service after hours and were very helpful. As a very anxious mother of two small kids, they have continually made an effort to call my fears and hear me out. I highly recommend this office."

"Worst first time doctor visit ever! Last time ever coming here! Been here for over two hours! Scheduler told me one time over the phone and entered time into system incorrectly then turned the mistake on me as if I was late to my visit. I had two children scheduled for 9am. I arrived at 9 they say they can only see one and other one was scheduled at 8:45 so since I arrived at 9 they will not be seeing her. Mind you I needed them to get into daycare for a new job I started. After me speaking my mind about how they did things they owned up to their mistake and advised only option was to reschedule for 10:45 which is two hours after my first appointment. Here it is now 11:05 and she has not been seen. So when I'm supposably late they cancel my appointment but when it comes to the . It's perfectly fine to have us sitting inside of a room as if they are eating lunch right now. I have to pick my other kid up from school at 11:30am which I had everything planned out for my day now that I'm sitting here I have to leave early and come back another time because I won't make it to pick my kids up. I'm so upset I can cry right now. I wish there was a way to report them to somebody."

"The doctors are great but everything else is ridiculous. I could not get my insurance going because mine required his birth certificate immediately. Despite that, this office does not offer the 30 day grace period of providing insurance for a newborn. They charge you cash pay for every visit and once you get on with the insurance, they will refund you in 30 days. So you will be short on your money for a while. The billing department sucks too. Thinking of moving elsewhere; however, I really like the doctors."

"Edit: I will no longer be coming here I have been getting extra charges for well check appointments that were not previously discussed "it's new charges" no this is stuff that is included with well checks. I am extremely disappointed with how low this office has come over the years. I used to share with everyone to come here, will be advising people to stay away from now on. I will miss Dr. Muyot but their practice is unethical when it comes to billing , and the wait times are horrendous unless your child is ill. I've been bringing my kids here for 6 years. The wait times for well visits have gotten longer and longer over the years. Typically 1.5 to 2.5 hours waiting. The only time it goes quick is for sick visits, when I am in and out under an hour with my kid's. I love the staff and Dr. Muyot is wonderful. I have since moved across town and still bring my kids here because despite the wait it is worth it. The rooms are all alphabet theme with 2 letters. There are murals all over the walls so it gives you something to look at during the long waits."
