Las Vegas Pediatric Urology - Dr. Andrew Hwang 653 North Town Center Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89144

"We were so hopeful going to see Dr. Hwang to help with our daughter. Sadly, it was a complete waste of time. The front office staff was standard but it was dirty and overcrowded, no place to sit 5 chairs. Dr.Hwang, spent 7 minutes with us after waiting 45 minutes. He did not examine our daughter but kept asking questions unrelated. We will never be back to see him ."

"So far I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hwang and his staff. His staff has communicated well through the text option, and one time I sent a text on a Sunday about some concerns I had about my son, just to have it sent sooner & so I didn’t have to worry about it Monday morning. I really was not expecting a response over the weekend and was okay waiting until Monday. Well to my surprise, Dr. Hwang himself responded to my text on a Sunday night! It meant a lot to me that he took the time to go over my concerns that night, when I’m sure most would want to relax on their night off before the work week, especially a surgeon! He always explains things clearly and I feel like he genuinely cares that not only his young patients feel comfortable, but so do the parents. I never once felt like with all the questions I had that I was a burden or felt rushed or dismissed by him or his staff. Seeing that some reviews are bad based off of issues with payment and insurance were a bit disheartening, because I truly felt so comfortable and my mind at ease with my son’s surgery being performed by Dr. Hwang, that I feel it is a bit unfair ratings for him are lower than what I feel he deserves. So far I haven’t had any issues with my insurance, and that was clarified before the surgery was booked. If insurance/payment is not an issue for you, then in my opinion, Dr. Hwang is the doctor to go to for his expertise."

"Dr. Hwang is a great doctor! He explains everything very clear and is knowledgeable and not arrogant, he is kind. He is very nice and gives his patient (patient's parents) time to ask questions without being rushed. I came here for a second opinion for my son and I'm really happy we did. We left leaving with great information and a great experience. He is highly recommended, he is for his patients not for the money like the first urologist we went to. Really happy we went for a second opinion and did not just listened to the first doctor we went to, my son would of had unnecessary surgery if we didn't go to Dr. Hwang.Also staff was nice, the lady who checked us in was very friendly, in a great mood, and made the office environment welcoming."

"Took my son here as an infant and had a great experience! The doctor is very knowledgeable and really educated me on some things I didn’t know before. After leaving my first appointment I felt confident in my decision in choosing dr. Hwang. I definitely trust him with my son and will be returning soon for another appointment."

"Dr. Huang is fine enough doctor and thorough however the front office staff leaves much to be desired. Having worked this position for other doctors, it doesn't take alot to do a good job. No customer service skills, mistakes when booking appointments repeatedly, almost skipped my turn for my appointment. Oh and you will be double booked. If you dont care about any of that, then this place is fine. But considering I was here for my infant, I expect better service."
