"I arrived 10 min before my appointment. I was told that they will have to set back my appointment and see other patients first. Apparently because we had to arrive 30 min early. I was never told to arrive early while making the appointment. Nora at the front wasn't helpful at all. I feel this is discrimination as they are only taking in others."
