"I've only been here once so I hope I don't jinx myself here lol but Ellie was phenomenal. I've never had a pediatrician care as much as her. We've gone to two (due to moving around) and I thought that was just the standard until I came here. Everything they do is so much easier and smarter. The girl at the front desk said she's normally at the warm springs location but she was so lovely. I have VERY BAD social anxiety and I felt so so so calm here. I've never had a doctor look at my baby so thoroughly down to his little buttcrack lol. I will only request Ellie. I have an appointment at warm springs for next week so I will update this review if they suck"

"The doctors are fine but the front desk has me looking for a new pediatrician. Twice in a row they’ve told me I have to reschedule because the date they chose for appointments is ‘too early’ by 2 or 3 days which is highly inconvenient for a working parent. This most recent time they sent me away when I showed up to an appointment I had confirmed that morning, falsely claiming that they left a message about rescheduling on my phone (quoting a message time that was before me calling to confirm) and that they were on the phone with me about rescheduling and insinuating I hung up on them so it justified their actions and attitude. However, I pointed out they called a number not associated to me and that’s probably who hung up on them seeing as I called and confirmed. Employee at desk was very rude to me about the whole situation, sending us away and now husband can’t make next appointment because of their scheduling mistake. Parents have jobs and rescheduling twice in a row last minute and sending us away, on top of that being rude for their mistake, we’ll just find a new doctor as soon as we can."

"I do NOT recommend coming to this office, we made a last minute appointment that was a sick appointment. Great they could fit us in, but when we got there we were turned away. The front desk person told me they don't accept our insurance, but we had just been to the office in September. We also had an appointment scheduled for next week. No notice or anything that all of a sudden insurances accepted had changed. The front desk attendant wouldn't even call to verify with billing or our insurance that we could be seen and the appointment would be covered. She told me to call and figure it out, or pay cash for the appointment. Super disappointed and frustrated with the office, after we left, I called their billing dept. and got confirmation that my insurance is accepted and we are one of the HMOs still in contract with the office. With a little digging the front desk person could've figured that out, she didn't want to do her job and help us out to have my child seen by the DR. There is alot of miscommunication and misinformation being provided by many parts of this office. Be careful going here, all these employees have varying information and you will be told different things from different people."

"Absolutely horrible. The office manager is rude and could care less about mothers going through post partum depression. I will NEVER come back to this office. They scheduled me incorrectly for my daughters well check then proceeded to try and make excuses instead of apologizing. If there was an option to give Negative 10 stars I most definitely would. This is so sad because the NP i was seeing was very kind. The office should consider who they hire in a managing position."

"The staff there were absolutely AMAZING! I have 3 very active boys ages 1-4 and I recently switched their pediatrician to Bright Futures. The staff were very patient with me and my boys, they helped keep them occupied while I finished my paperwork. I was called to the back 2 minutes after I signed in. The doctor and nurses answered my questions. Everyone was nice and friendly. The office was clean. I have NO complaints. I read some of the bad reviews about this place which caused me to 2nd guess my decision to switch here but after my experience I COMPLETELY disagree with the bad reviews."
