"HORRIBLE. I called in 2 days prior to book an appointment. they said okay & instructed me to go to a location that WAS NOT WHERE I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO. so appointment day comes & i go to the location they gave me just for me to end up reading a sign that says “sorry for the inconvenience, we are temporarily closed to due maintenance”. thankfully i had their number saved just in case i wanted to rebook, so i called the number again & asked them where they were located because im outside. the lady on the phone told me a different place from where i was at so i asked her why i was given a different location but i just proceeded with asking if i can still come in but the lady said “sorry i already have one for 5:20” & my appointment was at 5. she doesn’t know that im her 5 o’clock appointment. she asked me if i can come back tomorrow & i said no, can i come now. so she said “okay you can try to hurry” so we get there and couldn’t even get what i wanted. they said “sorry i can’t do highlights, we are about to close” blah blah blah. nobody told me that i wasn’t able to do highlights because i booked an appointment near closing hours. so then i tried to ask to rebook to the weekend & the lady asked her coworker if anyone was working saturday because she wants to know if they know how to do highlights. anyways, please let your customers know the right address & also let them know if they can’t do a certain hair style for whatever reason it is. HORRIBLE."

"I went to this location for a haircut because the website said the wait was zero minutes. But, when I arrived, the stylist said they were fully booked for the rest of the day....3 hours.?"

"I had an appointment and was taken care by Christine or Kristina(?) She trimmed some of the ends of my hair but didn't layer like I asked. The worse part? She let me go with a wet hair like fresh from the shower because she was rushing to take the next customer who was a walkin. I’m a local so it’s not about not welcoming of tourists. What a shame! What a ripoff."

"Booked online waiting a few minutes got in and had a good experience with Lisa Sohn. She shampooed and conditioned my hair and cut about 7 inches off, did a good job."

"Butcher shop. I came in for a simple haircut. #1 on the sides, #4 on the top, strait edge along the neck at the back. I could “do” it myself, but I can never fade it right…so I pay someone. I came out with a full buzz cut. She never changed the guard, just ran the thing over the top of my head. Then…without even asking…she cut a chunk of my beard off. No guard on the trimmer, just went from trimming behind my ear, to removing my beard from my cheek barely to my jaw line. I asked her what she was doing and she said I told her to trim it. I absolutely did not. She ruined my hair and my beard. It just looks awful. I normally trim my beard down even with my mouth, she removed almost everything above my jawline. Stay far far away from this place. You can see in the pictures, that’s not even close to acceptable. Never again. And they reply with a typical “thanks for the info, we’ll blah blah blah…”. Doesn’t change the fact that your stylist ruined my hair and beard and I still had to pay for it. How about offering a REFUND? No?"
