"Went in today to ask the workers if they had tools to assist with unlocking a car door because my keys got locked in the trunk. One of the workers gave me a straight answer and told me "no," but there was another young employee (small, dark-skinned boy with shoulder-length hair) who said sarcastically, "Sometimes when that happens, I use a rock to smash the window," then he laughed. I understand he's young and clearly still immature, but I think you can do a better job at hiring, Autozone, Kahului. I didn't get upset or make a scene because he's still young and is probably just there to make some easy money, but when someone goes in asking for assistance with their car-related problem at a car and trucks part store and they just get taunted for it, it's extremely distasteful and very disappointing. Now that I know what kind of service to expect at this location, I won't be back."

"To be honest Autozone is usually not my first choice for actual car parts because I feel that they are sometimes not the greatest quality, I've had bad luck with their parts wearing out prematurely in the past. But, they do have a lot of other things I frequently need, like oil & chemicals, detailing supplies... but the main reason I come here is they have a great tool section. Lots of specialty automotive tools, and everything is reasonably priced- even if you just need basic things like sockets and wrenches they're way cheaper than at Home Depot or Lowe's, and a lot of their tools have a lifetime warranty. They also have a solid staff and the store manager is exceptional. A lot of people working retail on Maui could learn a thing or two from him about interacting with customers, I always leave feeling taken care of and that my business is appreciated. Mahalo!"
