"Lady seemed a little stressed. She was working on my hair, and as soon as another person came in, she started rushing the cut, bumping me with the back of her scissors quite a lot. Got out thinking it looked nice, only to get home and find my left side was layered unevenly to the right, and it just looks funky now. I feel kinda bad, since she's the only one working there. She needs more help in her shop."

"I thought I was satisfied gave a big tip/ but after staring in the mirror-I realize that I look like the hair stylist hair!! I called this morning to see if e can have Ms. Kim do me a solid and just Cut my hair to at least where I look like myself! The thing is that ms.Kim did a nice job styling it- yet I still did not want my sides to be cut. Sad- waiting on a return call to fix my hair. Aloha Dayvell."

"The staff was super friendly and even when i accidentally scheduled an appointment at the wrong location they were able to help me at the time I walked in! However, the stylist didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she seemed new. I don’t mind going to people who are learning as long as I have the expectations of someone new and know that there is someone there watching and able to help, but here I paid for someone who is supposed to be trained and efficient with their work to be able to handle doing a cut and color all by themselves... Her hands were shaking the whole time and I kept reminding her what the haircut should look like and she kept doing a dif. Haircut than the one I wanted and kept getting shorter. She full on shampooed, conditioned and rinsed half my face taking off my makeup in those areas. She yanked out and lost my earring. And she got dye all over my face and instead of wiping quickly and gently with a towel she wiped it with her gloves that she was using to dye my hair, but she took time to really wipe clean the black tarp I was wearing with the rag.. in the end (after my trying to mention what it’s supposed to look like for the 20th time) I got a haircut that was CLOSE to what I wanted which is fine hair grows and it’s still a cute cut badly done but cute. But I paid for my hair to be darker and it’s the same color as when I came in. Being as I’m someone who tends to dye and cut my own hair but just wanted a chance to relax and enjoy the experience I will have to say I was highly disappointed and won’t be coming here again."

"Had my daughter come here and they butchered her bangs. They should be thankful I was not with her because I would have grabbed a pair of scissors and did the same thing to their own hair. The only up side to this is hair grows back."
