"They should just admit they won't fill pain medications. Period. As a physician prescribing post operative pain medicines for my patients, my experience with this pharmacy has been terrible. The most recent example is this pharmacy said they didn't receive the EScript I sent in (even though I had an electronic receipt verification from Longs), when I resent it, they then said my patient couldn't pay cash for her meds. When her primary doctor called the pharmacy to inquire about this "policy", the pharmacy said that "actually we just don't have enough to prescribe." Looking at the reviews, it seems this has been going on for a long time. So its got to be one of two things, either the pharmacy has lost their rights to dispense controlled substances, or the pharmacist is on some sort of power trip dictating who can get what. Either way, my office will no longer let our patients fill their prescriptions here."

"They do not provide customer service their customer service is zero !!!!!! What they’re policy answer to customer is to not service the customer !!!! Instead it’s obvious position is to reject the customer entirely and miss fill any prescription. And this is literally the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my entire life I would recommend everyone in the Pharmacy re training especially the managerand start over"

"There’s 2 huge red and white signs on the store front proclaiming “24 HOURS”. Yes, there are 24 hours in a day. But not at Longs. 11:20pm on a Sunday night & door is locked. False advertising. Take down your signs. Taking my shopping elsewhere, like Safeway, which really is open 24 hours."

"Has a sign that says 24 hours and a sign that says sorry we closed lit up at the same time. And the cashier told me personally they were open 24 hours. False advertisement at its finest in Hawaii. I swear If I didn’t live on the cruise ship I would never come back here again"
