I've only ever worn minimal foundation and really needed some direction. She walked me through the entire process for light coverage to full coverage make up. How to apply each product and matched my skin tones. She even gave me 2-3 recommendation for each type with different price ranges. "The store seems very well designed and I like the environment. The people are friendly, but I've had trouble getting assistance with either finding similar products with similar ingredients, or not being able to get an assistant's attention to help me find specific products in the past. They don't carry the one color I was hoping for from my favorite hair color brand (which is odd, since they carry every other color by that brand), and while they used to have acceptable alternatives, I was recently told they will no longer carry those now either. The store is nice, but I don't think it's really for me anymore as my go-to store."
