"Just posting to thank Shayne for her amazing recommendations and help yesterday! I was blown away by her kindness, patience and the time she took helping me for over an hour. I've only ever worn minimal foundation and really needed some direction. She walked me through the entire process for light coverage to full coverage make up. How to apply each product and matched my skin tones. She even gave me 2-3 recommendation for each type with different price ranges. I was so lost and am very thankful to Shayne for all her advice and giving exactly what I was looking for! Thank you again!! I'll be going back here, especially for more Shayne recommendations. :)"
"I came in to get my hair done by Kate today. I was greeted right away. I was early so I shopped and was assisted with professionalism and kindness. Then went and got my hair done. Kate did a full foil and it turned out amazing. Totally the best experience."
"The store seems very well designed and I like the environment. The people are friendly, but I've had trouble getting assistance with either finding similar products with similar ingredients, or not being able to get an assistant's attention to help me find specific products in the past. They don't carry the one color I was hoping for from my favorite hair color brand (which is odd, since they carry every other color by that brand), and while they used to have acceptable alternatives, I was recently told they will no longer carry those now either. The store is nice, but I don't think it's really for me anymore as my go-to store."

I’ve never done my makeup before but wanted to learn a new skill so I went in and asked Joanna for help with finding certain types of products that would match my skin tone and she helped me wonderfully. She made me feel so comfortable and I got exactly what I was looking for!"
