I went to the salon on Tuesday for a haircut I asked her to cut just the split ends and just HALF INCH of my hair, the stylist not only cut almost 3 inches of my hair but I also left my hair like this. When I went to complain about this and they only offered me a refund or cut my hair again (never again) bad service."

"My wife went in here last week, asking to just get a half inch cut off her hair to get rid of some split ends. The stylist gave my wife a very uneven haircut, a difference of almost 3 inches from either side of her head. We tried to let them fix it and get a refund, but they said we could only choose one and were giving her trouble and said she would still have to pay to fix their mistake. We ended up getting the refund, but usually barbers/ hair stylists don’t charge you for THEIR screw ups, especially if your haircut is the exact opposite of what you asked for and terribly uneven. Definitely expected better customer service."

"I walked in at 11:15 am and was greeted by the most disorganized stylist. I was told there wasn't anything available until1pm although they preferred people to use the app. I said that would be fine e an I could be back at 10m. She said she would mark it for me. She never asked my name and when I came back at 1 she "claimed" I said there were other places I could go. I would give this place a zero rating if I could."
