"Two of us went in the last day of January. The place is clean and nice. I really was excited about all the different colors they have. Our experience was fine and we were very appreciative that they could take us. It was not busy so that was great. However, my gel nails were not painted on the whole nail so I left with it looking already grown out just in time for vacation."

"I was not previously big on manicures/pedicures, but I came here before a formal event, and this shop changed my mind. I’ve previously found gel polish to leave my nails feeling sensitive, but I’m obsessed with the wonderful care that the staff took on my nails. Zen went above and beyond to give me a fake toenail after mine fell off from running, so that I could feel cute wearing heels again. And Annie provided some of the most meticulous service that I’ve ever experienced in any industry, leaving me with nails that genuinely feel like perfection. During my last visit, an unhappy customer (due to her own issues, not a failure of the staff) was making a big scene, and the staff treated her with remarkable professionalism. This is truly such a top notch establishment, and I won’t even think to go anywhere else on Oahu for my nails."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and over priced save yourself the drama and go somewhere else. There’s tons of other nice nail salons on Island. The guy who knows if that’s the owner or what not, he had the audacity to laugh at us while we were wanting a color change, threatened to look through the cameras to blame us for the inaccuracy and outcome and continued to maliciously laugh at the thick, cut fingers and horrendous nails instead of offering a solution (PROM NAILS) yes in front of other customers. Not to mention that they wanted to also charge to fix their mistakes. Moving forward it seems like the nail technicians have a lack of empathy. The nails are thick, and cuts everywhere on the fingers caused by the drill and lack of interest on doing nails. We ended up paying $100 for the bad time, ugly block cylinder thick nails and to end up having to find another salons to fix their mistakes. What impresses me is how management supports the employees to treat customers like garbage. Go somewhere else especially if you don’t have the time to continue coming back and forth having to fix the same mistake that won’t be fixed and waste your valuable time."

"They shaved my nails so thin that they were see through and bending as flexible as paper. Did not ask them to but they tried to shape my nails and made them lopsided when they were already perfectly round. Left my entire nail scratchy with the tips all ragged because it was all shaved down and not even properly buffed. I'm extremely upset because I have strong nails and I've been growing these out for a while and they ruined all my fingernails. Not to mention I didn't see them cleaning their supplies and still used them after dropping them on the ground and there are baskets of crusty tools all over the floor, extremely unhygienic."
