"Unsure of why this business continues to get clients when my daughter was publicly humiliated by a member of their staff for speaking up on an issue with her nails while in the middle of service. The stylist yelled stating that she can’t do her nails anymore and for her to go home. Had my daughter been disrespectful then this would not have been an issue but she was in fact not disrespectful as I was sitting next to her the better time. Someone reached out after our experience and was only offered for me to come back to the business and spend more money to afford them the opportunity to make it right. Nothing can be made right when an adult acts like a child and throws a tantrum and speaks to a child in such a manner and I am more than certain she still works there and was not reprimanded for any of this"
