"Horrid selection of beach items. It's sad what CVS did to Long's. Store was pretty large, stocked, and clean if you like all the price games with pharmacy front end these days"

"The pharmacy department is horrible. (To say the least).Tells me my prescription is ready and then I go to pick it up and they tell me "It's not ready yet, maybe half-hour to 45 minutes. Did this to me at least 3 times already. Going to try someplace else. This is why I'm on meds, cause of places like this . No can!"

"Horrible horrible service I got a txt message saying my medicine is ready so I checked the hours of operations for the pharmacy it says 7am an when I got to the store at 7:41 they don’t open till 8am so I don’t understand why I was alerted for no reason super upset horrible management I mean it’s a sign an a website how hard is it to change it to the correct times? Now again I will have to wait for 2 hours what ever you do don’t send your medication here I wouldn’t trust them very lazy slow pace. The store empty 5 pharmacist an a 2 hr wait something just isn’t right"

"This Longs at Mililani Mauka pharmacy closes for lunch but, they do not display a sign stating they close for lunch. This makes customers very angry. This is very poor management."

"Longs employees are always helpful. The store is always short staffed but everyone makes due the best they can. It's my neighborhood store so everyone exercises patients and understanding even though it can br hard to get help and the lines get long. The new self serve checkout stands are a bit helpful."
